| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | Frasers Centrepoint Limited refers to page 251 of its Annual Report 2014 on Interested Person Transactions and wishes to clarify that the item "Sale of goods and services" and the corresponding figure "652" which is intended to represent the aggregate value of all interested person transactions under that item, transacted with the TCC Group of Companies during the financial period under review (excluding transactions less than $100,000 and transactions conducted under Shareholders' Mandate pursuant to Rule 920) (expressed in S$'000), should instead read as follows: "Sale of properties, rental and provision of services - 2,315,759 (See Note 2) Note: (2) The IPTs were approved at an EGM held on 28 May 2014." In addition, and in relation to Rule 1207(12) of the Listing Manual on disclosure on directors' and key executives' remuneration to be made as recommended by the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 (or disclosure of an explanation from any deviation), Frasers Centrepoint Limited wishes to announce, for the purposes of Guideline 9.3 of the Code, that the total remuneration paid to the top five key management personnel (who are not directors or the Group CEO) for the financial year ended 30 September 2014 was S$4,510,000 in aggregate. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The admission and listing of Frasers Centrepoint Limited on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "Listing") was sponsored by DBS Bank Ltd. as the Sole Issue Manager.
