Company's Response:

The Company has complied with Rule 1207(19)(b) of the Listing Manual which provides that an officer should not deal in his company's securities on short-term considerations.

In order to provide guidance with regards to dealings in the Company's securities by the Company, its Directors and officers, the Company has an internal compliance code, which prohibits, inter alia, an employee or officer of the Company to deal in the Company's securities on short-term considerations.
