Narrative Type Narrative Text Taxation Conditions Cash, Tax-exempt Distribution. Unless otherwise defined, all terms and references used herein shall bear the same meanings ascribed to them in the circular to unitholders of Keppel Infrastructure Trust ("KIT") dated 2 April 2015 (the "Circular"). Pursuant to the Pre-Disposal Stub Distribution, each entitled Unitholder will receive 2.93 Singapore cents per Unit for the period from 1 January 2015 to 17 May 2015. The Pre-Disposal Stub Distribution to Unitholders is exempt from Singapore income tax, regardless of the Unitholders' nationality, corporate identity or tax residence status. No credit is allowed to Unitholders for any taxes paid by the Trustee-Manager.
