The Issuer has responded on 7 May 2015 that it was not aware of any reasons that could possibly explain the trading in its securities. In view of the trading activities observed and the Issuer's response, shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the securities. We also wish to highlight that this is the 2nd query on unusual trading activities in the shares of YuuZoo Corporation Limited in the past 6 months. The Exchange will investigate all possible transgressions and will work with the relevant regulatory agencies to pursue actions to maintain a fair, orderly and transparent market. |

Such information may include events that are potentially material and price-sensitive, such as discussions and negotiations that may lead to joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions or purchase or sale of a significant asset.
