Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) is pleased to announce that pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement as amended by the Supplemental Letter, the Company has, on 11 June 2015, allotted and issued 65,000,000 Reduced Subscription Shares at the Issue Price to the Subscriber. Following the allotment and issuance of the Reduced Subscription Shares, the total number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 594,724,000 ordinary shares to 659,724,000 ordinary shares. The listing and quotation of the Reduced Subscription Shares on the Official List of the SGX-ST is expected to take place at 9.00 a.m. on 15 June 2015.
