The Board of Directors of Orchard Parade Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 12 April 2011 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Forty-third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today.

Mr Cheng Hong Kok, an Independent Director of the Company, was re-elected at the AGM. He remains as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee, and is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
