The final dividend, if approved at the Twelfth Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 29 July 2011 to members on the Register as at 15 July 2011. In respect of shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the said final dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP, which will in turn distribute the final dividend entitlements to CDP account holders in accordance with its normal practice.
